crumbled low fat blue cheese

diced onion

grated parmesan cheese

chopped fresh spinach

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
Combine ground beef, blue cheese, onion, parmesan cheese, spinach and eggs. Divide mixture evenly in muffin pan cups.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
