I love the flavors of this Greek Chicken. I have lots of Pampered Chef spices and used the Greek Rub for this recipe. There may be other brands out there…so if you know of any or find some, let us know by commenting below! (Hey that rhymed!)

Gastric Sleeve, Gastric Bypass and Gastric Lapband® patients…this recipe will leave your chicken very moist which I know you appreciate. Remember to keep your bite sizes the size of a black bean in order to tolerate your meal well and fill up without needing to stop prematurely.

Crockpot® Greek Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Greek rub (I used Pampered Chef)
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • optional toppings: reduced fat feta cheese, sliced greek olives, cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Place a liner bag in your Crockpot® and then add the chicken.
  • Add all other ingredients and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours.
  • Serve with toppings as desired.
