  1. My IP needs at least 1 cup of liquid or everything would burn, how do you keep it from burning with so little liquid?

  2. Yes! One cup of liquid is the key to IP cooking. You can certainly add more broth if you see fit. My veggies were frozen and had a good amount of moisture and ice in them to provide the liquid needed. I could have added a half cup of broth and kept the thickness but ensured I had enough liquid also.
