Pico de Gallo Grilled Chicken – WLS Recipes

I love the fresh flavors of the pico over the top of a flavorful grilled chicken breast! Great way to add easy and exciting flavor to chicken and get in more protein after WLS. #bariatricrecipes #gastricsleeverecipes #gastricbypassrecipes #bariatricsurgerydiet

Labor Day weekend is right around the corner….which means we can see friends and family and take a deep breath with some time off. There isn’t a holiday I don’t like, but the holidays that don’t actually consist of much have a special place in my heart.

Labor Day also means getting back to the grill. This is a wonderful grilled chicken recipe that has a bit of Mexican flare. It’s light and fresh and delicious! Pair it with grilled bell peppers and onions and some black beans. It’s simple and fast…I’m going to title it one of my Healthy in a Hurry meals. The best!

  1. I put the black beans in the pico. Zero regrets. Taste was off the walls! We like it hot in our kitchen so we spiced things up with paprika, chilli powder, and Cayenne! Good work Steph!!
