Thin Sliced Grilled Steaks

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 oz) thinly sliced sirloin tip steak
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • *other seasonings as desired

Instructions

  • Heat an outdoor grill or a grill pan on the stove top to high heat.
  • Sear the steak, one or two at a time to allow close attention, for 3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly and serve with vegetables or other toppings as desired. Example include sautéed mushrooms or cilantro steak topping. *Link for those recipes can be found in text above.
