Thin Sliced Grilled Steaks
After the Bariatric liquid, pureed and soft diets are behind you, you might be ready to start considering beef and even, dare I say, steak??
Along with this recipe, for very thin sliced steaks, another recipes to try these Tasty Tiny Steak Bites as a way to start very small and very slowly.
The key to these solid meats like steak are TINY bites, eating SLOWWWWLY and stopping at the very first sign of fullness.
Also adding in some toppings to keep both flavor and a little bit of softness into the meal as well. You might try one of these optional toppings (links under photos):

- 4 (4 oz) thinly sliced sirloin tip steak
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- *other seasonings as desired
Ingredients

- Heat an outdoor grill or a grill pan on the stove top to high heat.
- Sear the steak, one or two at a time to allow close attention, for 3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool slightly and serve with vegetables or other toppings as desired. Example include sautéed mushrooms or cilantro steak topping. *Link for those recipes can be found in text above.
