What to Expect in the 6 Week Challenge
Week One: 5 Day Bariatric Pillar Check In
Each day we’ll focus on one of what I call the “Five Bariatric Pillars.” I will post a daily video and a prompt to discuss in the community about water, meal planning and food quality, movement, sleep and vitamins.
This is a great way to get us started with a reflection on our health foundation before moving ahead.
Week Two: Pantry and Fridge Clean Out
Time to ditch the leftovers from Summer chaos living (just me?) We’ll clear out trigger foods and get organized for the Fall. Members share before anda fter photos and favorite go-to staples!
Weeks 3 and 4: Meal Planning Challenge
We’ll walk through planning and prepping bariatric friendly meals togehter. You’ll get access to prinatble tools, weeky menus and inspiration to stay on track.
Members post their menus and recipes to ideas to help you get out of your rut!
