  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • zest of one orange
  • 2 tbsp juice from the orange
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tbsp vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder


  • Blend together on high until smooth.


This recipes yields two shakes. Nutrition varies depending on protein powder used.
