This recipe goes out to all my spice lovers out there. I myself, have never been a big fan of the spicy and hot…but my better half is quite the opposite. I’ve learned to “kick it up a notch” and find different ways to add heat to my recipes. I tend to pull out my portion and add extra heat to the rest of the meal.

This is a super fun way to get some texture and flavor change in a grilled piece of meat. We used grilled chicken- but it would be a great topping for any lean meat.

For my portion, I had 2 chipotle peppers in my sauce….removed my portion…and added another pepper. Taste along the way to see what amount of peppers suits you best!
