Tasty Tiny Steak Bites
Tasty Tiny Steak Bites
Have you had weight-loss surgery but find yourself scared to try steak for the first time??
This recipe is a great way to start slow and see how it goes! After Gastric Sleeve or Gastric Bypass you must focus on small bites when eating steak. Make sure you are following your programs guidelines and not introducing steak before they have approved you. For my patients, this is at about the 7 week postop mark.
Tiny bites = the size of a pencil eraser. Or your pinkie finger nail if they aren’t fake ;)
These steak bites are incredibly easy to prepare. They are small and cook so quickly but are packed with flavor! Which is super impressive since they only require salt & pepper!
