  2. I liked this chili but it was much spicier than I normally eat. I think the next time I make it I’ll cut the seasonings in half. I ended up adding a little lowfat sour cream to cut some of the spiciness.

  3. That is great feedback. I add plain Greek yogurt to my son’s bowl to offset the heat.
