The serving size is for 2 tablespoons.

⇒ 30 calories

⇒ 1 grams protein

⇒ 2 grams carbohydrate

⇒ 2.5 grams of total fat

Which means, this is a GREAT option for a dip or topping!!!

How it might be used:

The dip itself is low carb so they key here is what to dip INTO it that won’t increase your percentage of carbohyrate intake. The best choice is likely crunchy vegetables. Carrots, snow peas, bell peppers, celery and even raw fresh green beans or asparagus spears! They provide the crunch and this dip provides the yummy flavor :)

I think this would be a great option to take to a party as a bariatric patient. Everyone would be sure to enjoy it but you would also have a good option when everyone is munching on high calorie appetizers. You also could keep it at home and not share with anyone else! Pair it with your mealtime protein source and be mindful not to snack out of habit. But if you’re struggling with snacking it would be a much better option!
