Ingredients

  • 3 oz tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp fat free mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Drain tuna and use a fork to mash it well. Add other ingredients and stir until well combined. Add pickle juice or fat free mayonnaise if needing a softer consistency.
