The Laughing Cow® provided me with product and a $50 gift card for this review. However, thoughts and opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect those of the brand.

I’ve always been a big fan of The Laughing Cow®. With only 35 calories for a wedge of creamy, cheesiness, what’s not to love?!

Their products have always allowed me to become creative with my meals and make a creamy dish without the added fat. I’ve made “Creamed Spinach” to put on burgers. I’ve added them to my breakfast egg cups. I’ve created a yummy steak topping and they make the best stuffed mushrooms. Perhaps the most common use for The Laughing Cow® in my kitchen is Creamy Mashed CauliflowerIf you don’t like mashed cauliflower with Laughing Cow® in it…you may never like mashed cauliflower. It’s the only way!

When I heard there was a NEW flavor I couldn’t wait to give it a try! While I did save a few wedges for a meal creation, I knew I had to try it as a simple snack to get an idea of the flavor by itself. Plus, snacks are supposed to be easy! So I removed the stem and seeds of a few mini sweet bell peppers and cut them into thirds. Scooped a generous amount of Creamy Spicy Pepper Jack to give it a try!

If you’re looking for a spicy change of pace, this is the snack for you. I just know Mr. W is going to be requesting it often :) I also made a few wedges using White Cheddar Laughing Cow®. I loved them both!

For a simple snack: Core and seed baby sweet bell peppers and cut into thirds. Spread Creamy Spicy Pepper Jack Laughing Cow® in the pepper strips and enjoy!

  1. Hi Steph,  I am struggling with post gastric bypass meals, as I can no longer eat meat.  Meals are difficult as I need to eat more protein than I am doing.  Also nobody can tell me how many calories I need to eat to lose weight!  The range is from 500 cals to 1500 cals a day, but I would like to have more information about this if anyone knows a standard calories per day I would be grateful.
