Surprise! It’s a simple “pop up” challenge to keep a food journal for 7 days!
Our full “Focus Challenge” will start on October 31st so this is a quick little pop-op challenge to keep a journal for a week.
If you need help getting re-motivated to plan ahead and food journal, sign up for our challenge. Keep 7 days of a food journal and finishers will have their name displayed on the challenge finishers board!
