Ingredients: 1 lb broccoli crowns (cut large pieces into smaller pieces); 3 cups broccoli slaw (bagged); 1/2 apple (diced); 6 slices turkey bacon (cooked, diced); 1/2 cup pepitas (or sunflower seeds); 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (plain, 0% fat); 1/4 cup mayo (light); 1/4 cup pomegranite vinegar (or apple cider); 6 packets stevia

I had a package of Taylor Farns Broccoli salad mix, so I removed the packet of dressing and toppings that came with it and used this recipe instead. I really liked the addition of the turkey bacon and apple chunks. I liked that it was vegetables and provided a little extra protein!!
