  1. I use the french onion soup in the dry packets as well as dry sloppy joe, one small can of tomato sauce and a few oats. Oats because of them helping to fight cholesterol. Is this ok?

  2. Hi Sharon! That sounds great! Although I do avoid using oats in cooking for myself and clients due to the high starch content. Instead, I used grated parmesan cheese as a binder. The texture works great but prevents needing a higher carb ingredient. Thanks for following!

    Super yummy and easy to make! Loved this! Didn’t have any French onion soup but did have onion soup mix so used that with 1/3 cup of hot water to replace soup. It was delicious! Another one to keep!

    This is my kind of recipe! Really great flavor, very few ingredients, no chopping, and relatively short cook time. I made it exactly like the recipe, and I’m putting it in my list of quick easy meals when I’m low on time. Next time I’ll try it with ground turkey just to see if it as good that way.
