This meal is so delicious…I’ve been questioned how it was healthy. Not to mention, it was incredibly easy! The trick is to find the seasoning packet pictured below:
Weber has several flavors in the “Just Add Juice” line and I am a big fan. I didn’t add the lemon for this recipe. Just the seasoning tossed with the shrimp. Very powerful in flavor but cooled off with the Greek Yogurt for dipping sauce. Yummm! This packet I got from Sam’s Club, which leads me to believe Walmart would carry it as well. I don’t believe it will be hard to find!

Ingredients
- 1 lb pre-cooked, deveined shrimp
- 1 package Garlic & Herb Just Add Juice
- cooking spray
- 4 medium roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp, if needed and remove tails. Place in a Ziploc bag and add seasoning packet. Toss to coat.
- Heat a skillet to medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray. Add shrimp and cook until heated through.
- Add tomato wedges and toss to coat. Remove from skillet and serve with Greek yogurt for dipping sauce.
