Do you have that one new that instantly reminds you of a favorite memory? Pot Roast is one for me. When I was a kid we would go to church with my grandparents and show up to their house for a magical pot roast lunch with perfectly tender veggies. I would walk in to the aroma that could only be described as Love. Fast forward to the twenty first century were things move a bit faster and we are use to big flavor in half the time. The minute I tasted it I was flooded with memories and zero guilt! Win win!! Did I miss my home smelling like love all afternoon? Nope! That would’ve been too tempting. Take the pressure off by putting the pressure on! The end!

WONDERFUL!!! My 6 yr old grandson couldn’t get enough, even the carrots, and he is a VERY picky eater!!!
