Sausage Stuffed Zucchini Boats After seeing several recipes for some sort of stuffed zucchini, I decided to try my hand at it. Super tasty! All the flavors of spaghetti without the pasta and the bonus of some added texture from the zucchini. Look for chicken or turkey Italian sausage to save on fat calories.
